These terms govern use of BookVoya's booking and DM-management software ("Service") by tattoo artists and studios ("you", "artist"). By ticking the acceptance box at registration you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy; we record the date and the version you accepted.
BookVoya provides a dashboard for managing tattoo bookings, a public booking page for your clients, and optional tools to view and reply to Instagram direct messages and to comments on your own posts, connected to your own Instagram account, including optional AI-assisted reply drafting if you choose to enable it. Replies are not sent automatically — you review and send them yourself.
Do not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harass, or in any way that violates Instagram/Meta's own platform terms. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate connected platforms' policies.
Alongside credit limits, the monthly AI budget is 20% of your USD subscription fee (Solo $9.80, Growth $19.80, Studio $39.80 shared across members), renews at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month without rollover, and never triggers automatic additional charges.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it handles checkout, payment, sales tax/VAT, invoices and receipts, and Paddle provides customer service for payment questions and handles returns and refunds. We never receive or store your card details.

How we handle your own account data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for users in Türkiye, the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.
Your clients' personal data is different: for that data you are the controller and we are your processor. The Data Processing Terms govern it and form part of this agreement. The providers we rely on are listed at Subprocessors, and what we store in your browser is set out in Cookies & Measurement.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BookVoya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-drafted replies are suggestions/automations you control — you remain responsible for what is sent from your connected account.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the Data Deletion page and in section 8 of the Data Processing Terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Kadıköy / İstanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you use the Service as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, and you may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court for your own district.
We may update these terms from time to time. Each version carries a version identifier, shown at the top of this page, and we record which version you accepted. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations we will give notice and ask you to accept the new version; for lesser changes, continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
