These terms govern use of BookVoya's booking and DM-management software ("Service") by tattoo artists and studios ("you", "artist"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
BookVoya provides a dashboard for managing tattoo bookings, a public booking page for your clients, and optional tools to view and reply to Instagram direct messages connected to your own Instagram account, including optional AI-assisted reply drafting or automatic replies if you choose to enable them.
Do not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harass, or in any way that violates Instagram/Meta's own platform terms. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate connected platforms' policies.
If billing is enabled for your plan, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. Fees, billing cycle, and refund terms (if any) will be presented at signup or in your dashboard before any charge.
Our handling of your data and your clients' data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BookVoya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-drafted replies are suggestions/automations you control — you remain responsible for what is sent from your connected account.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
