We aim to answer support email within 2 business days, and privacy or data-deletion requests within 30 days, as required by KVKK and the GDPR. Written correspondence can also be sent to the postal address below.
Support is available in Turkish and English.
You can disconnect a linked Instagram account at any time from your BookVoya dashboard, which deletes the stored access token immediately. For full account and data deletion, follow the steps on the Data Deletion page or email privacy@bookvoya.com.
If you are not satisfied with our response, write to support@bookvoya.com with the subject line "Complaint" and we will review it. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to the district Tüketici Hakem Heyeti or Tüketici Mahkemesi for their place of residence.
